About the Role:
- As a Business Development Manager, you'll help contractors fund big-ticket home improvement projects.
- You'll own the full partnership cycle, from prospecting to launch and growth.
- We're looking for a proven relationship builder who can develop partnerships with real scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage a pipeline of contractor partnerships with emphasis on volume and strategic fit.
- Present tailored value propositions and coordinate onboarding with our PDM team.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools and systematic outreach.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Working knowledge of the home improvement industry and consumer financing.
- Strong CRM discipline and willingness to travel for trade shows and onsite meetings.
