Our PBPs are the "Chief People Officer" for their teams, gathering feedback and reporting to leadership.

Your Impact:

Refine and guide development of People programs needed for success, such as levelling, promotions, and performance cycles.
Drive organizational strategies like workforce planning, org design, and change management to align capabilities with business demands.
Collaborate with other People Team members to influence and uplift execution of People Team operations.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar model.
2+ years in a fast-paced technology company, supporting engineering or product orgs.
Deep expertise with AI and a default orientation toward data, analysis, and empathy.
