On the day-to-day, you will:
- Lead stakeholder engagement in future markets to build strong community trust, awareness, and support for WelbeHealth and the PACE model.
- Develop and execute tailored engagement plans that reflect the political, healthcare, and community dynamics of each priority market.
- Build and sustain meaningful partnerships with local healthcare and community organizations.
Job requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, public health, healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in business development, partnerships, or community engagement, with healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with community leaders, healthcare organizations, and policymakers.
