About the Role:
- Full-time remote position based in Canada, supporting a network of therapists and clinicians.
- Typical hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm ET, with occasional flexibility required.
What You'll Do:
- Manage provider email support and answer calls in real time.
- Track open items to resolution and proactively build provider relationships.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with warmth and professionalism.
