Roo is looking for a Client Support Specialist to facilitate positive user experiences for veterinarians, hospitals, and technicians on its veterinary staffing platform.
This position requires working during client support hours, including early morning/evening Central time and weekend rotations.

Your Responsibilities:

Be a point-of-contact for customer inquiries via email, LiveChat, and phone.
Troubleshoot and resolve first-line issues, providing accurate and supportive responses.
Coordinate escalated issues with regional BD/AMs and other departments.

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in client/customer support, ideally in an early-stage startup.
Veterinary technician or animal healthcare industry experience a plus.
Proactive, organized, and accurate in communications; familiar with support tools like Hubspot.
