About the Role:
- You will be part of the Converge Engineering team.
- You will manage our support queue and triage customer issues.
- You will report to the Head of Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Manage our Jira support help desk and ensure SLAs are met.
- Build and continuously improve support processes.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for data management.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years supporting SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency with Docker Containers and AWS PaaS.
- Working knowledge of databases and APIs.
