The Role:
- Develop and articulate a long-term vision and strategy for BarkleyOKRP's platform partnerships, aligning with agency growth objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnership opportunities, leading negotiation and execution of commercial agreements.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership across departments to integrate partnership initiatives into agency operations.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing with a focus on building strategic partnerships with major technology platforms.
- Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact partnership strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Established network of senior-level contacts within key platform organizations.
Compensation:
- Annual base salary range of $145,000 - $200,000 USD, based on qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
- Total compensation package includes multiple health insurance options, flexible PTO, life insurance, and 401(k).
