About The Role:
- Responsible for the full sales cycle including prospecting, outreaching, consulting, and closing providers within the SMB market.
- Align the goals of Primary Care Providers with outcomes that drive business growth for Rula.
- Crucial in expanding their footprint, ensuring they succeed in their mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development serving the healthcare industry, with a track record of top 25% performance
- 1+ years self-sourcing at least 50% of deals through outbound channels, including cold calling
- Experience exceeding annual quotas >75% of career
