What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy across all departments.
- Partner with executive leadership to align hiring plans with company growth goals.
- Build and optimize recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and hiring best practices.
What We Look For:
- 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including leadership or ownership of TA function.
- Proven experience hiring across multiple functions, including Engineering (DevOps, Platform, Infrastructure) and Go-to-Market roles.
- Strong understanding of technical roles in: Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps / Platform Engineering.
