Sales Development Representative

Your Role:

• Transform inbound interest into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
• Lead each qualification with a consultative approach, understanding the prospect's reality.
• Become an expert on ShareGate products and leverage AI tools daily.

Your Team:

• Join a team of four SDRs focused on ShareGate, with a shared goal of feeding the AE team with quality pipeline.
• Benefit from close coaching, including call reviews, roleplay, and custom AI tools.

What You Bring:

• Active use of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your daily work.
• Strong verbal communication in English and experience in sales or performance-oriented roles.
• Ability to quickly understand complex products and manage multiple conversations.

• Base salary of $55k-$60k CAD plus OTE of $85k-$90k CAD.
