The Revenue Accounting Manager will drive revenue recognition process, decisions, systems and reporting. This lead will work across teams including product management, legal, FP&A, sales operations and commercial business systems to align understanding and ensure that the accounting and revenue recognition treatment of contracts and products is straightforward and correct, with a very high level of automation. This is a management position which requires confidence in presentation, setting goals, and directing the work of others.

The Employer Verification & HR Services team is looking for an Expert Analyst for Revenue Recognition to join our growing operations in Costa Rica. You will take ownership of ensuring the completeness and accuracy of monthly revenue calculations and reporting. You will also meaningfully contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, while providing essential audit support.

This role is a key contributor to keeping revenue accounting operations running smoothly and reporting reliable. This person will support the Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) cycle by resolving contract queries and assisting the Billing and Contracts specialist with billing and dunning to help keep cash collections on track. The Revenue Accountant will contribute to a timely month‑end close, help maintain a high‑quality balance sheet, and support accurate reporting of ARR, NRR, and GRR.
