We’re hiring a Senior Accountant to own the accounting and reconciliation of trust accounts at Plooto, ensuring customer fund flows are recorded, reconciled, and reported with accuracy and scale. You’ll report to the Director of Accounting and work alongside our corporate Accounting Manager. This is not a back-office role — you'll work daily at the intersection of accounting, systems, and data.

Manage projects that improve processes and reporting for the Accounting function including enablement of automated journal entries from subledger to general ledger and data enablement for account reconciliations. Create accounting requirements and work with engineering partners on the implementation. Represent the accounting team in product development conversations with various teams.

The Manager of Revenue Cycle provides leadership and management for accounts or audit support projects. This role oversees audit support revenue cycle activities, maximizing claim identification and overpayment recoveries. Responsibilities include financial audit operations management, quality assurance, and people management. SQL and Tableau skills are required.
