Responsible for overseeing a team of Referral Specialists to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and efficiency in the referral process. This leadership role requires a strong focus on managing key performance indicators (KPIs), auditing work for accuracy and compliance, driving monthly and yearly referral fee revenue goals, and continuously improving workflows and procedures.

The Centralized Scheduler is responsible for scheduling our patients for therapy throughout an assigned region. A successful candidate has excellent organizational and analytical skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Possessing strong customer service, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and process improvement are essential.
