Assist the Team Leader with daily team supervision, oversee manpower and operations, and organize vendor services for clients, while liaising with the client team and stakeholders. This role involves developing detailed site knowledge, responding to service requests, acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) between the client and RSM requirements, and formulating and measuring KPIs and SLAs. Responsibilities also include managing the OPEX budget, ensuring billing accuracy, and attending client meetings to address concerns.
