The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) participates in the preparation and execution of pre-market to post-market clinical investigations, overseeing the progress of clinical investigations by conducting site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring and close out visits to clinical sites and monitoring clinical investigations in accordance with Good Clinical Practice/ISO 14155, and procedures set forth by RQM+ and sponsors.

The Clinical Research Associate I (CRA I) primarily oversees the progress of clinical investigations by conducting site interim monitoring visits to clinical sites. Monitors clinical trials in accordance with Good Clinical Practices and procedures set forth by RQM+ and sponsors. Works closely with the Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) and/or Lead CRA to ensure all monitoring activities are conducted according to study requirements.

To prepare for and manage clinical studies for our diagnostic assays, you will support external studies, including site selection, site initiation visits and routine monitoring, and serve as the liaison between clinical sites and Pattern teams. The Senior Epidemiologist will work closely with the Senior Advisor and others to conduct assessments to determine baseline and changes in the availability, access and quality of maternal health services in Tanzania. The Senior Epidemiologist position is an interdisciplinary role that brings together strong technical and analytical skills, with knowledge of public health.
