The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and expanding Zone & Co’s customer base across the EMEA region. This role requires a motivated self-starter who excels in identifying prospects, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS or ERP sales and thrives in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.

Focus 100% on bringing in new business development, reporting to the Head of Sales (Europe) and working collaboratively with the Commercial team and potential partners. Consistently achieve sales targets by calling key decision-makers, presenting product demos, and managing the sales process. The role involves partnering with existing/potential partners to align solutions, providing market feedback, and serving as a lead point of contact for commercial activities.

The Business Development Manager – Growth Segment is a quota-carrying sales role focused on acquiring new clients within the mid-market segment (defined as companies with revenues below $1.5B). This role is ideal for a motivated, consultative sales professional with experience in SaaS or professional services, looking to grow into enterprise-level selling. The BDM is responsible for managing a pipeline of qualified leads and identifying new opportunities.

This role involves leading continuous customer discovery, translating insights into commercial strategies (pricing, packaging, GTM), and building internal capability so teams can sustain customer-centric practices. The position bridges the gap between what we build (solutions / offerings) and what customers truly need, shifting the organization from internally-focused to market-led.

This role as Business Developer will drive the growth of product training and adoption, working with the Sales team to position training as a key product component. The mission is to ensure clients adopt the product and gain the knowledge to use it effectively through training solutions, driving services revenue to established targets.

$140,000–$180,000/yr

Drive the acquisition of new business, with a strong focus on Life Science organizations poised to benefit from cutting-edge clinical data intelligence solutions. As a key player on the Net New Logo Sales team, you’ll partner closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to identify high-value prospects, craft personalized outreach, and generate qualified opportunities that fuel revenue growth. This high-impact role leverages sales tech and Model N’s strong brand as the leading cloud-based revenue management solution for Life Sciences.

As Partnerships Lead, you will build and execute the partnership strategy that expands our impact across the national security community spanning hyperscalers, SI/consulting partners, government SaaS, classified infrastructure providers, and cutting-edge defense-tech; you’ll also scout inorganic opportunities that align with mission priorities.
