As a Customer Success Manager on the Mid-Market Team, you'll own relationships with Mid-Market customers and lead their program strategy using data. Your core responsibility includes working with customers as a trusted consultant and advising on marketing strategy, best practices, and feature functionality, plus renewal and forecasting.

Run the full Scribe customer lifecycle from end to end for our free users. Ensure the efficient and timely execution of all essential aspects of client onboarding, from project initiation to launch. Manage customer relationships and own the delivery of exceptional experiences for every customer. The position requires 50% travel.
