Serve as the primary relationship owner for Mid-Market segment employer customers (<1,000 lives), maintaining regular contact with the customers’ benefits team members and other key stakeholders. Partner with marketing to develop engaging campaigns and workshops. Collaborate internally with teams to resolve customer requests and champion new product offerings with your customers.

Run the full Scribe customer lifecycle from end to end for our free users. Ensure the efficient and timely execution of all essential aspects of client onboarding, from project initiation to launch. Manage customer relationships and own the delivery of exceptional experiences for every customer. The position requires 50% travel.

As the Founding Customer Success Manager, you’ll work with our world-class Customer Operations team providing SMB customers with incredible service, helping them find immediate value in North One and upselling them into new products and services. You’ll also be building and iterating on the Customer Success playbooks that drive revenue and retention across your customers.
