Manage the full lifecycle for existing customers within EasyLlama’s Mid Market customer base by ensuring customers are properly onboarded & getting maximum value, leverage analytical skills to dissect customer data & translate insights, & build relationships to mitigate churn. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and advocate for customers.
