As a Customer Support Associate I, you will be an integral member of our Customer Support team. You will field a variety of inbound phone inquiries from our cardholders and provide warm, professional customer service to the people who rely on our services. This role requires someone who values helping people and has great attention to detail.

Operators are the heart of Trans Lifeline and answer calls on the peer support hotline, ensuring quality peer support while maintaining confidentiality. Operators engage virtually with team members and assist callers in identifying and accessing resources. The position requires availability for weekday shifts, strong communication skills, and compatibility with Trans Lifeline’s values such as a trauma-informed harm reduction approach.
