The Senior Data Analyst analyzes complex healthcare datasets, identifies trends, and translates them into actionable recommendations to improve patient outcomes, efficiency, and financial performance; this role requires collecting business and data requirements for product design and working with product teams throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Senior Data Analyst (III), you will play a critical role in driving our business strategy and growth by leveraging data to calculate contribution profit, EBITDA, revenue, and credit consumption. Your work will steer short and long term decisioning, championing a data-driven culture using data to answer business questions and deliver measurable results.

Help elevate client-facing functions—Sales, Customer Success, Customer Strategy, and Marketing—by turning data into actionable insights that drive deeper client relationships and revenue growth. You will build and maintain analytical tools, visualizations, and dashboards to highlight trends and patterns, craft clear data narratives, and guide stakeholders in making decisive decisions.

You will work with the Marketing team to define metrics and KPIs that help us understand how well we’re achieving our mission of removing every barrier to mental health, to ensure that everyone who needs care is able to get it. You’ll operate in a cross functional data team that includes data scientists and analytics engineers, all of whom are working towards this goal with you.

As a Senior data analyst, you will play an integral role in financial, clinical, or eCommerce reporting. You will touch all aspects of the business in order to provide clear and solid reports that create a single source of truth, as well as surface actionable insights for business improvement. As a fast-growing company, we are ingesting and generating ever-increasing amounts of data.
