The Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the 24x7 service delivery of DataOps using Tableau, Tableau bridge server, Databricks, Dbt, SSRS, SSIS, AWS DWS, AWS APP Flow, PowerBI. The Manager will work closely with the customer and team to manage and operate cloud data platform.

The Cloud Capacity team plays a critical role in ensuring the Temporal Cloud is scalable, efficient, and reliable for our customers’ most important workloads. This critical role will own the infrastructure underlying all of our productionalized ML models , from deployment to monitoring, fostering seamless collaboration between our machine learning and broader engineering teams.

As a Staff DevOps Engineer, drive the overall architecture for the Agiloft CloudOps systems by designing scalable and resilient systems utilizing DevOps and security best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally and lead DevOps initiatives, providing expertise to drive departmental goals. As an expert on the CloudOps team, assume a team lead role for various projects and initiatives, advising on complex technical issues.

Implement new features and enabling capabilities using modern information technology engineering tools and practices to assist in providing best in class digital products. Execute best practices within public cloud environment working with micro services based architectures, cloud infrastructure services, guardrails, and identity. Implement and execute to ensure success in our transformational journey.
