As Senior PPC Media Buyer, you will play a critical role in driving NPHub’s growth by managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns. You will be responsible for executing high-performing PPC strategies across key platforms to drive leads. Your efforts will directly influence our ability to scale and fulfill our mission of supporting nurse practitioners.

Drive measurable growth in the DACH region through paid acquisition, lead generation campaigns, brand awareness & demand-generation across digital channels — with a clear focus on ROIM, CPA, and pipeline contribution. Build, launch, and optimize high-performing lead generation campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta in collaboration with the Growth Marketing team. You’ll own the regional performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC) and report on campaign efficiency.

The company is looking for a full-stack, T-shaped growth expert to work with the Martial Arts team to build and scale its brand in this new vertical. As the founding Growth Marketing Lead - Martial Arts, you will own the 0-1 Go-to-market Acquisition Strategy, TOFU KPIs for customer acquisition, and multi-channel paid acquisition performance and strategy.
