  • Lead end-to-end planning and onsite management of B2B tradeshows, VIP experiences, and corporate milestones to ensure premium brand presence.
  • Partner with Go-To-Market and Field Marketing teams to optimize events for lead generation and transform interactions into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Act as primary project lead across GTM, PR, and Engineering teams, aligning stakeholders on objectives, messaging, and onsite responsibilities.

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of conference and trade show sponsorships as the project lead.
  • Support the planning and logistics for First Due-hosted internal events, including the Companywide Offsite and Annual User Summit.
  • Manage vendor relationships, sponsorship deliverables, and on-site event execution with travel 2-4 times per year.

  • Create and enforce industry-standard processes to lead B2B event production, from large trade shows to small partner conventions.
  • Build and manage a transparent B2B event production budget in collaboration with Sales, overseeing day-to-day management for 40+ events annually.
  • Manage vendor relationships and source professionals from the Angi network to support marketing shoots and streamline workflows across channels.
