Lead planning and execution of APPA’s in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, including annual conferences, regional meetings, webinars, and specialized programs. Develop and manage event strategies to align with organizational goals, enhance member experience, and drive engagement.

The Events and Brand Experience Manager will craft impactful, memorable experiences, both IRL and online, that bring the brand to life and support business goals. This role involves leading end-to-end planning and execution of brand experiences, managing project logistics, and collaborating cross-functionally to support integrated campaigns and product launches.

Plan and manage all aspects of our events, from logistics to execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Coordinate participation in industry events, finding creative ways to engage attendees and represent our brand. Work with the customer marketing team to make sure the events deliver real value to our customers.

The Head of Events, reporting to the VP of Marketing, will develop and execute Thesis’ global events strategy, ensuring a structured and scalable approach to event management; this role will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Thesis-led/hosted/sponsored events and its presence at major industry conferences.

Produce live experiences for Spotify, artists, and/or brand partners for audiences of fans, industry, influencers, and press. Assist the planning, production, and execution of live events, with attention to the unique objectives of each initiative. Build and lead production budgets and oversee event timelines and vendor relationships.
