As an IT Ops Analyst (Support), you’ll be the go-to person for making technology work smoothly at 1Password. Reporting to our IT Ops Manager (Support), you’ll support your teammates with timely, thoughtful help - whether it’s resolving support tickets, improving workflows, or proactively finding ways to make internal tools more efficient. You’ll work across teams to ensure everyone can focus on what they do best.

Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining applications and coordinates the analysis and development of new functionality. Builds, tests, and implements new functionality, maintenance changes, and fixes. Reviews and completes scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades. Analyzes, diagnoses, and implements system and process changes. Ensures system changes follow change management procedures and protocols.

We’re looking for Computer and Information Systems specialists who live and breathe software architecture, systems analysis, data management, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, database design, and IT project management. You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like enterprise system integration, information governance, network configuration, cybersecurity frameworks, distributed computing, systems development life cycle (SDLC), and IT compliance—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning.

The IT Business Systems Manager will be the IT System Owner to the quality learning management system (LMS), quality management system (QMS), and electronic document management system (eDMS). The primary role is to partner with the Quality team to ensure the ComplianceWire and Vault Quality solutions are meeting the needs of the cross-functional GxP business community. This individual must have a deep understanding of the Veeva Vault Quality specifically the QMS Quality Event and QualityDocs applications.

Looking for a dedicated L1 support Technician with a focus to join the team and help deliver exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities include providing first-level technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting resolutions in the ticketing system. The role involves collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Spearhead the implementation, integration, governance, and adoption of enterprise AI tools. This role will ensure these technologies are seamlessly embedded into daily operations and continue to deliver measurable business value. This individual will act as both strategic program owner and execution lead, working cross-functionally with IT, internal teams, and tool ambassadors to drive impactful AI-enabled transformation.

Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Competent to work on most phases of applications systems analysis activities.
