Responsible for managing the implementation of UKG software projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Partner Integration Consultants will work with partners and clients to execute new partner integrations or execute enhancements on existing partner integrations. This role will determine the best processes and configurations to meet the custom needs of each partner integration project. The role will implement new processes, evaluate existing processes, and recommend optimal solutions and improvements.

The Software Implementation Consultant will act as the principal liaison with the customer to implement best practices to drive optimized business outcomes for the customer within the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) settings. The Consultant will build relationships with our customers to become the trusted advisor and counsel them on our solutions and recommended business practices.

Execute day-to-day activities of Workday HCM project support for client contracts, including implementation, provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, conduct client sessions to analyze business requirements and provide solutions, identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements, become a Workday HCM expert, mentor other consultants and share product knowledge.
