Looking for a passionate incident manager to join the Infrastructure Operations (IOPS) department. Part of the Service Management team in charge of leading the incident, problem, and change management process. During critical major incidents, you will perform the role of an incident commander and hold the overarching responsibility of managing the organization's incident response, from driving the investigation in a war room, to delegating various incident response tasks, to communicating and coordinating with every stakeholder, to driving the incident investigation to resolution and restoring services timely and swiftly.

Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating triage of EE-related incidents and collaborating with technical analysts, engineering, and quality teams to ensure timely resolution using tools like CANalyzer, JIRA, CODEP/PLM.

Supports the IT Transformation department in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT transformation projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Coordinates project activities, resources, and information to facilitate smooth project operations and communication among team members. Maintains comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk registers.
