The ServiceNow Platform Engineer is responsible for the development, management, and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures that the platform aligns with business strategies, delivers robust technical solutions, and supports a wide range of modules. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, leads technical initiatives, and serves as a subject matter expert.

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSC, IRM, CSM) to meet business requirements. Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, coordinating with stakeholders to minimize disruptions. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.

We are seeking an experienced  WorkForce Software (WFS) Absence Management Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Absence Management to join our implementation team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical acumen, experience in system configuration, and a passion for optimizing workforce management processes. The consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, development, and support of WorkForce Software’s Absence Management module, working closely with functional leads, business stakeholders, and project managers.

Design, develop and implement IAM solutions using the ForgeRock product suite. Configure and customize ForgeRock components to meet organizational needs and integrate ForgeRock solutions with various applications and systems, ensuring seamless authentication and authorization processes. Develop and maintain custom scripts and connectors for ForgeRock products.

Provide technical advice on the selection and implementation. You will have technical management in sophisticated MDM projects. Responsible for the conception of IT requirements and architecture. Perform installation and configuration of software systems. You will be doing data model conception and implementation and technical administration of MDM solutions in SaaS operating models.

This position is needed to support our customers’ use of the Twilio platform and help customers get the best experience from Twilio’s products. You will function as the voice of Twilio to our customers and partners, and operate as a subject matter expert for Twilio’s APIs and SDKs. This position also includes rostering with shifts that could include weekend days.

Develop subject matter expertise in assigned products and develop, document and maintain in-depth knowledge of Gracenote’s products, formats and delivery mechanisms. You will act as an internal consultant and SME for our teams engaged in Pre-Sales and Implementation work, review client use cases and requirements, create proof-of concepts, perform data analysis, helping to align product solutions to meet complex client business problems.
