Solve clients’ toughest problems as a Network Engineer on the Service Delivery Team. Serve as an escalation point for Tier 3 System Administrators. Lead troubleshooting for recovery of network functions, including switching, routing, telephony, and telecom circuitry. Diagnose, resolve, and document hardware and software network problems, performing root cause analysis to eliminate reoccurring incidents.

A Principal Technical Consultant provides expert guidance and support in technical matters to clients and must possess a deep understanding of best-in-breed network and network security technologies with extensive experience in implementing and managing complex technical solutions. This role leads delivery engagements and cross-functional technical teams on customer programs or projects and is responsible for the development of high-quality polished project deliverables.

The Senior Solution Architect is an important member of our Pre-Sales team and works directly with customers, assist account managers in sales calls and business development, recommend business and technical solutions, and create statements of work. This is a customer-facing role with opportunities to shape the way we engage clients, deliver projects, and adopt new technologies.
