Lead the global legal function as the primary legal advisor to Sales, Product, Procurement, and Executive Teams. Manage a team of 2 to 3 paralegals, providing expert guidance on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues affecting a mission-led, fast-paced international software business. Work closely with external legal counsel, leveraging knowledge and experience in commercial, corporate, IP, and data privacy law, particularly as they pertain to SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
