As the Deal Desk & Contracts Manager at Mimica, you will be the operational backbone of our commercial motion. Your mission is to streamline the deal process end-to-end—from initial contract drafting to final signature and invoicing—while ensuring risk is managed and stakeholders are aligned. You will serve as a central point of coordination between Sales, Legal, Finance, and our customers to ensure deals close efficiently, compliantly, and profitably.

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Paralegal to support our Agency on a part-time basis. This is a temporary employee position with the potential to transition into a permanent role, while remaining part-time. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will work closely with both our internal network attorney and our broader internal teams to ensure the timely review, coordination, and execution of legal documents.
