Assist with preparing, monitoring, and tracking US-based contracts and provide administrative and organizational support to the legal team. Support the contract review process by gathering required information, templates, and approvals, and coordinate the execution of contracts through e-signature platforms. Assist with data entry, filing, and document management to support efficient workflows.
