Noblis MSD is seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to provide logistics support to our US Navy programs. The Provisioning Specialist will prepare the provisioning contract requirements from inception to obtain Provisioning Technical Data (PTD) from the shipbuilder or manufacturer and develop the Allowance Parts List (APL).

Lead strategic sourcing activities in Clinical Purchased Services, including specialized service lines such as Healthcare Tracking Management (HTM), Information Technology, and Laboratory Services. Drive supplier negotiations, manage service agreements, and help identify cost-saving opportunities that improve service levels and operational efficiency.

Coordinate a customer's shipments by quoting, booking and scheduling to ensure we provide an optimal customer service experience within a teamwork based and tech driven company. Schedule appointments via email, phone, or customer TMS based on customer requirements. Work with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process.

This remote role supports ingredient research and strategic initiatives, engaging in the development and maintenance of Sodexo's central menu, ingredients, and recipe databases. Responsibilities include ingredient and menu data analysis, supporting ingredient optimization strategy, and collaborating with culinary and menu management teams.

The Real Estate Specialist will review property survey data to narrow down property options towards site selection for new DashMart locations, working closely with internal real estate teammates, real estate brokers and the DashMart launch team, ensuring data accuracy and guiding decision making on which properties to lease.

As a Senior Global Demand Planner, you will lead the demand planning strategy across multiple regions, ensuring forecast accuracy and alignment with business objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role refines demand planning processes, drives improvements in inventory management, and implements effective statistical forecasting methodologies to address supply challenges and meet customer demand efficiently.

This role requires someone who is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and knows how to follow through, owning the design and development of ongoing metrics, reports, dashboards, etc. to drive efficiencies in Spreetail’s ordering/procurement processes in a fast-paced environment.
