We are seeking a Senior Group Manager (Logistics) - Procurement Services to join our team and contribute to our client dedicated procurement service delivery team responsible for co-leading Logistics category planning and strategy development. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to lead the client’s defined strategic sourcing execution process, and this role may be responsible for leading a team of 1-2 offshore resources.

The Supply Chain Category Manager Lead develops and implements strategies to optimize the portfolio performance of multiple categories of clinical products or purchased services within VCU Health. This includes negotiating with suppliers and leveraging their expertise to secure advantageous terms and conditions while maintaining strong supplier relationships. This role serves as a subject matter expert on sourcing processes and technologies.

This role involves overseeing daily shipping operations and building reliable systems for International and domestic shipping, including customs clearance management ensuring cost-effective and relevant shipping solutions that enable us to deliver orders to our clients within timelines.

This role is a critical part of Lime’s operational backbone, driving accuracy and efficiency across the entire Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of PR (Purchase Requisition) management, PO (Purchase Order) creation, and GL (General Ledger) coding to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of procurement activities. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and Accounts Payable to support seamless purchasing operations that keep Lime’s business running smoothly.

This role involves booking accommodations, coordinating transportation, and managing travel details for multiple guests. As Group Travel Coordinator, you will plan and coordinate travel for corporate teams, social groups, and special events. Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and group excursions. Work with hotels and airlines to negotiate group discounts.

In this role, you will manage purchase orders, oversee shipments and backorders, and ensure alignment with company goals for in-stock rates, inventory turns, and overall product availability. You’ll play a key role in allocating products to fulfillment centers, analyzing sales and inventory data, and executing strategies to optimize sell-through, turnover, and profitability. This position requires strong collaboration with domestic and international vendors—particularly China-based brands—so fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential.

The Vendor Manager, Service Network is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of our repair network. This role will contribute to key company objectives such as growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction, through the effective management of our service network quality, cycle times, and cost severity. Responsibilities include developing and expanding the service network, managing service provider relationships, conducting vendor negotiations, and implementing business development strategies.

The Procurement Director will drive value through effective sourcing strategies, supplier management, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that align with organizational goals while optimizing costs, mitigating risks, and ensuring supply chain continuity.
