You’ll own product positioning and messaging, scale our content library, and ensure that every channel reinforces a cohesive Chronosphere story.

Craft clear, compelling narratives around our product, features, and vision. Plan and execute product and feature launches, collaborating on distribution strategies across various channels. Write or coordinate blog posts, landing pages, technical explainers, and demo content. Create decks, one-pagers, and case studies to support partnership and sales efforts.

As Product& Customer Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our award-winning platform goes to market and grows with customers. This role includes approximately 80% Product Marketing and 20% Customer Marketing, focused on driving adoption, engagement, and upsell across our existing customer base. You’ll partner cross-functionally to craft compelling messaging, create impactful collateral, and deliver strategies that connect our technology with real customer outcomes.

Seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy and content creation for our data and AI platform solutions. This role requires a unique blend of product marketing expertise, technical data management knowledge, and content creation skills to support our sales organization across all stages as well as campaign and web assets through the full customer journey and marketing funnel.
