You will be responsible for leading the operational strategy, execution, and delivery for Rackspace’s largest customers. You will oversee how Rackspace scales enterprise engagements, ensure operational excellence in delivery, and leverage AI-driven tools and processes to improve outcomes. You will act as a bridge between enterprise clients, internal delivery teams, and executive leadership.
