The Senior Engagement Manager oversees the on time, on budget delivery of the defined solution scope to meet the customer's desired results. This requires the EM to complete the project following ServiceNow's leading practice methodology, NowCreate, working in collaboration with the customer project team and any involved partner, ensuring governance is followed to gain team member support for the project, including risk and issue mitigation. The EM is also responsible for assembling and leading the ServiceNow resources on the project making sure they understand the planned tasks, tracking actual progress, and managing deviations through appropriate measures.

The Governance Program Manager will ensure Filecoin’s decentralized decision-making is trusted, transparent, and effective. Incorporating skills from communications strategy and part community management, this role will design tools and solutions that empower a broad array of stakeholders to more deeply and meaningfully participate in network governance.

The Senior Program Manager, PMO & Procurement Transformation will architect and lead the development of a formal Project Management Office (PMO) within the Procurement organization, while also directly leading key strategic initiatives. This position is responsible for building scalable governance frameworks, enabling programmatic discipline, and driving execution across a diverse portfolio of procurement-led programs.
