The Product Manager will join Kraken’s Payments & Blockchain team, focused on building the infrastructure and experiences that enable external partners to offer seamless crypto access to their users. This is a role for a product builder who thrives in technical spaces, can simplify complexity for partners, and is motivated by expanding access to crypto through trusted channels.

Looking for a Product Leader to join the team for a remote role based in Canada, reporting to the VP Product. You will lead the Engagement strategies for user satisfaction, driving impact across the organization by shaping direction, influencing priorities, and ensuring alignment between product vision and company goals. The role involves managing direct reports, building product strategies, and contributing to Product team activities.

Own the payment product roadmap for SEA, focusing on alternative payment methods. Drive merchant-first integrations, define product specs, shape APIs, and lead solution design with engineering teams. Collaborate across functions to deliver locally compliant, high-converting solutions. Ensure clear documentation, backlog management, and seamless execution. Align teams around regional priorities and use data to influence stakeholders.

In this position, you will partner with our Finance team to develop enterprise class solutions in the areas of B2B and B2C payments, partner payouts, fraud management, tax solutions, and regulatory technology. You will define our financial platform strategy and align products and processes across product, engineering, finance and external teams.

You will be responsible for overall team product direction and strategy which will involve frequent collaboration with customers and internal teams to help shape priorities and build the roadmap. This dynamic position requires the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
