As a Senior Quality Analyst, you’ll play a key role as a feature or area owner for our products. You’ll work with your Test and Development teams to ensure you’re involved from the planning stage all the way to delivery to our players. You’ll partner with development Pods and leaders to make sure new features are working correctly from early implementation.

We at Motive are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Software QA Engineer to join our team and lead the quality assurance efforts across multiple product segments. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be working with the product and engineering team and will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and stability of our software by driving both manual and automated testing efforts.

Reporting to the Director of Software Development, the QA Manager is responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance department at WinAir, ensuring high-quality output for each sprint and project. The role involves managing the QA team, monitoring test milestones, and ensuring the team follows best practices. The QA Manager works closely with internal teams and senior management to deliver projects on time and at the highest possible quality.

Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure high-quality Genea product implementations. Perform various types of testing: functional, black-box, performance, cross-browser, sanity, data consistency, integration, and system testing. Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and product teams to ensure timely delivery and high quality.

As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you’ll shape the way we think about quality, and be a strategic partner from the start, helping your team define success before a single line of code is written. Be the quality coach and advocate for best testing practices across the team. Proactively identify and mitigate risks during early planning stages. Lead testing strategy and execution in a highly collaborative Agile environment.

As a Senior QA Analyst, you'll be a champion for quality on Hello Kitty Island Adventure, collaborating closely with our development and external QA teams. You’ll act as the crucial bridge between internal departments, ensuring new features are tested thoroughly and effectively. You’ll also work directly within the game engine to test upcoming changes, create strategic test plans, and apply critical thinking skills to hunt for elusive edge-case bugs.

The QA Engineer role will be a part of a lean, nimble, full stack powerful engineering team. You’ll have the opportunity to work on virtually all aspects of the software and have a direct and immediate impact! You will be at the core of every new feature, every product decision, and every touch point of our users, ensuring the best possible product quality.

You’ll bring a critical eye to the Tenable Security Center, Nessus, and Agent products, operating in dynamic environments and identifying quality issues before they reach our customers.
