Lead a team of Software Development Engineers in Test to build and maintain robust, scalable automated testing frameworks, playing a critical role in ensuring both test coverage and compliance readiness (SOX, SOC 2, etc.) while enabling continuous delivery and rapid iteration. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who is passionate about engineering excellence, automation, and audit-focused quality standards.

Identify weaknesses and problem areas in the software application. Work closely with development, operations, support, business partners and other stake holders to ensure timely collaboration and resolution. Identify use cases/scenarios, create test cases, prioritize test cases, execute test cases, and generate reports to report to stakeholders. Track software bugs and investigating the causes.

As a QAE, your main goal will be in implementing and executing both manual and automated testing strategies, including test planning, functional testing, bug review, and reporting. You'll work closely with Engineering & Product to suggest ideas for improving our platform and processes in an agile environment.
