As a Sales Account Representative - Core Safety, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Manage and oversee a top performing global team of Account Executives and Directors focused on the global systems integrators sell-to and sell-through ecosystem, to achieve and over-achieve quarterly and annual sales targets globally. Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to develop and execute on sales growth strategies. Create accountability and sales efficiency on your team through the use of key performance indicators (KPI’s) and related results-oriented measures.

Drive revenue growth for our full array of digital advertising solutions. This remote position is based in the West Coast region and offers the opportunity to work with diverse markets while building and leading high-performing sales teams from the comfort of your home office. Collaborate with DOS and other sales managers to accomplish the objectives of each assigned station. Full responsibility for digital revenue, including establishing and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual digital sales goals. Develop and execute local digital sales strategy and revenue plan. Make business decisions regarding the profitability of the sales organization as well as specific sales proposals and offerings.

This is a senior leadership role focused on orchestrating technical resources within the APJ region, selling into large organizations, and leading large IT projects. The role involves strategizing with sales leadership, leading pipeline analysis, hiring and mentoring a team of System Engineers, building relationships with partners, and ensuring the team's skills and knowledge.

The Energy Sales Director will lead and mentor a team of Energy Advisors, guiding them as they help businesses navigate complex energy challenges, including market volatility, carbon reduction targets, and energy reliability. This hands-on leadership role requires experience in retail commercial energy to ensure your team's success and is important for growing the team itself.

This position is responsible for managing and scaling the Mid-Market Sales team, which drives growth across U.S. employer markets by engaging directly with employers ranging from 750 to 5,000 employees, helping them bring transformative cancer and condition care solutions to their workforces. The leader will shape our sales strategy, build scalable processes, and coach talented sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious goals.
