As a Senior Product Engineer within the Growth team, you’ll address complex, high-impact problems by blending product thinking and engineering. You'll collaborate with design, data, and product teams to deliver features driving measurable business outcomes across web and mobile platforms, improving activation, retention, and monetization worldwide.

Develop Eli Health's React Native mobile application and TypeScript/Postgres backend. You'll move fluidly between mobile and backend development based on team needs and project requirements. Guide architectural decisions, code quality, and development practices, while working with the CTO, marketing team and data scientists to deliver new features.

Software development is the focus. Together with a bunch of talented colleagues, you will develop innovative web and app applications for our medium-sized customers. You will work in a colorful mix of remote and on-site with your new colleagues using Scrum with a broad tech stack. Despite our high standards, team focus and cooperation are not neglected.

Own the mobile architecture (React Native + TypeScript), module boundaries, and performance strategy. Stand up project scaffolding: navigation, state, data layer, theming, feature flags, analytics, error reporting, and CI/CD. Integrate core features: auth, content feeds, video playback, push notifications, IAP/subscriptions, and basic gamification. Define API contracts with backend (PlayFab or equivalent), including profiles, leaderboards, telemetry, and entitlements. Code reviews, mentoring, sprint planning input; keep the team shipping.

We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer to join our team and contribute to enhancing our existing mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in React Native development and be capable of building and improving features across platforms. Experience with React Native version upgrades is a significant plus.
