Join a small, fast-moving 0-to-1 team to leverage AI and early-stage startup approaches to develop and ship innovative experiences. You'll collaborate with customers to rapidly prototype, test, and ship AI-driven features, design and implement features leveraging RAG, and own end-to-end feature development.

You'll focus on feature flag SDKs, used in server-side apps and infrastructure to power flag evaluation, improving SDKs that developers enjoy using by making them fast, reliable, and feel native no matter the tech stack. You'll work closely with backend, infra, and product teams to ensure SDKs remain robust and delightful, while also finding ways to support more languages more efficiently.

Lead the development of our AI concierge service, design and optimize conversational flows, integrate advanced language models, and ensure seamless interactions across our product ecosystem. Your expertise will directly influence how users interact with our platform, improving accuracy and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Work within a fast-paced, remote Agile DevOps team, contributing and collaborating within your scrum team on a daily basis using Typescript and React on the frontend and Java/Spring Boot on the backend. Analyze software requirements and provide solutions. Perform analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions. Provide Full Stack software development support for User Interfaces, REST APIs, Data Access Layers. Ensure software developed passes stages within the CI pipeline.

Design, develop, and deploy solutions through hands-on software development, working closely with leads, designers, and product managers to deliver features and experiments to customers worldwide. Thoughtfully adopt AI into the workflow and solutions to maximise efficiency and scale, primarily working on web frontend using TypeScript. Facilitate knowledge sharing and effectively advocating for engineering needs to non-technical team members within the group, driving initiative and ownership in achieving goals and improving processes.

As a Fullstack (Frontend-Focused) Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the engineering culture, development processes, and roadmap. You will design and build performant UIs for data-heavy, real-time features such as maps, live dashboards, and large tables. You will also develop frontend modules using React, TanStack tools (React Query, Table), and CSS Modules.
