• Work with Sales Teams and prospects to evaluate and adopt Algolia solutions, including technical discovery, demo, and POC.
• Distill and advocate customer interests and product feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

• Provide technical enablement for partners on the Cognigy AI platform, including design, build, and delivery of AI Agents.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs to upskill partners and ensure technical readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Professional Services to align on technical standards and best practices.
