Eppo is looking for a Principal Product Designer to elevate their design strategy and user experience polish. Our Product Designers are strategic, so we look for people who can go from discovery to release. The designer will execute the entire design process including forming goals, user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will own the brand design, covering both UX and UI aspects. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs that balance functionality with aesthetics, ensuring that the user journey is intuitive, engaging, and aligned with business goals.

You will be responsible for growing and managing the team, establishing style guides and best practices, and setting up user research processes. You will also review UX and UI work to ensure high standards.

You will work on creating user experiences and interfaces for both web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and optimized experience across both platforms. You will focus on designing AI-native applications that deliver intuitive, visually appealing designs. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and developers to integrate cutting-edge AI features.

As a Member of Product Design for Core Experience, you'll focus on creating intuitive and scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly within Anchorage's ecosystem, ensuring operational efficiency and security. You'll be part of a team focused on working on the admin experience while also supporting the business and establishing foundational work that enables other teams to build upon it.

Play a critical role in designing user-centric, visually compelling, and highly functional interfaces. This role involves improving devconnect.org, devcon.org, Devcon Archive, the Devcon PWA, and other crypto-native applications. The ideal candidate will be motivated and passionate about designing intuitive web applications and excited about using web3 tech built on Ethereum.
