The Usability and Adoption team is responsible for accelerating the user’s understanding, engagement, and long-term platform adoption through targeted experimentation and experience optimization. You'll identify friction points across the user journey and design solutions to make the platform more intuitive, learnable, and valuable. This is a high-velocity role where you'll run rapid experiments, validate hypotheses, and iterate based on feedback.
Help create the best experiences for Roo customers: Hospitals, Vets, Techs, and Students. This role will report to the Lead Product Designer and will play a key role in defining design at Roo. Contribute to our design system while delivering new features and product enhancements across multiple platforms: website, responsive web app, and mobile app. Take ownership of design within a squad, proactively shape problem statements and project scope, and drive long-term strategic opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create experience design deliverables including journey maps, roadmaps, and design systems. Participate in workshops, helping to develop design strategies and gather input from clients and teammates. Contribute to project planning and design decisions, while learning from experienced designers.
Shape the product strategy and user experience of Rillet. Work closely with the CTO, product and engineering to build industry defining accounting & finance software. Drive the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire-framing to UI design. Enhance the design system for Rillet. Understand the array of user goals, business requirements and technical constraints that shape our product.
As a Product Designer, you’ll have significant influence on the direction of our product, working closely with Product Managers, Product Designer Lead and Engineers to define what gets built and how.
