Business Development Representative

Why This Role Is Important:

• You will be a critical driver of Arcadia's growth by identifying and engaging strategic healthcare organizations.
• You'll partner with Sales and Marketing to expand our footprint in value-based care.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing expert knowledge of Arcadia's products and solutions to articulate value to prospects.
• Generating pipeline through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn networking, and trade shows.
• Partnering with a sales executive to strategize territory plans and drive opportunities forward.

What You'll Bring:

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent with 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven success in building qualified pipeline and using tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo.
• Outstanding communication skills and a competitive spirit to exceed goals.
