Recruiter, GTM (EMEA)

What you'll do:

• Manage full-cycle searches for Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Sales Development, and Sales Operations.
• Lead intake and kickoff conversations to align hiring teams on role scope, interview plans, and timelines.
• Use market research, compensation benchmarks, and funnel metrics to shape search strategy.
