Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a revenue enablement role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Prior experience leading remote/hybrid teams.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of the WinningByDesign methodology.
- Support the implementation of productivity tools.
- Collaborate with global teammates on project priority and scheduling.
