About the Role:
- We're seeking a highly collaborative, detail-oriented Deal Desk Manager Contractor to support Armada's global Deal Desk and GTM teams.
- This role sits within Revenue Operations and partners with Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure deals move quickly, accurately, and compliantly from quote to close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Armada's order form approval queue with a high sense of urgency.
- Draft, review, and finalize order forms in close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Hardware teams.
- Ensure all order forms comply with approved pricing, discounting policies, and legal requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in Deal Desk, Financial Analysis, Sales Operations, or a related role in a B2B company.
- Experience supporting global sales teams, preferably in a business that sells both hardware and software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
