Client Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with key clients across industries, creating value-add through regular touchpoints.
• Craft compelling reports on utilization and value-add stories, and partner with Client Success for exceptional engagement.
• Achieve ARR goals, drive renewals, and meet upsell targets.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in software/SaaS sales to large enterprises, with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
• BA/BS or equivalent, ability to travel within the US, and experience with information security a plus.
• Strategic mindset for mapping out stakeholders and procurement processes.
