New Hire Experience & Cultural Integration:
- Serve as the cultural ambassador.

- Gather and analyze new hire feedback.
Stakeholder & Manager Enablement:
- Create onboarding playbooks and manager guides.
- Coach managers on leading an effective onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and L&D.
